Accredited Interscholastic Coach proficient in teaching players of all skill levels techniques of softball and the value of teamwork. Combines strong leadership with effective communication in order to teach, mentor, motivate, and influence players in a positive manner. Coach Caruso has 15 years of experience coaching softball at all levels. In addition to coaching Krush Fastpitch 14U Gold, Coach Caruso currently coaches Softball at Northern Lehigh High School in Slatington Pa, where his team has consistently qualified for League and District tournaments. Coach Caruso experience also includes coaching at the collegiate level as the Head Coach at Penn State Hazleton. Coach Caruso’s program focuses on the fundamentals needed to play softball at the highest level. His program is built around getting players read for high school softball and his focus is on getting his players recruited to college.
